A Possible Island? and The Abramovic Method

18 October - 11 November 2018 / Main Gallery, 8th Floor

As part of Bangkok Art Biennale 2018, 'A Possible Island' is a durational performance by eight artists selected by Marina Abramovic Institute (MAI). The Abramovic Method is an activity that joins people in a communal experience to connect with oneself and with others. In the quiet non-hierarchical space, the audience is invited to participate in activities as well as to observe others as they participate. The process creates a space where everyone witnesses and encourages a sense of collective vulnerability that humans need to better coexist.
