At Hall, 5th fl., Bangkok Art and Culture Centre |
The exhibition will include works by four collaborative teams from the workshop as well as from the visiting artist, Scott Kildall. These will all involve physical data sculptures around River Health in Bangkok, detailing data from the Chao Phraya River and the surrounding khlongs. Some works directly address the story of the Ladprao Community, which is working around revitalization of their canal and relocating community members. Other installations will work with mapping water quality data from the khlongs using light and glass and also sound and physical mapping. All five installations will provide new ways of seeing how River Health can be embodied as an art form.
